Guest Player Documentation Requirements
- CASL Shootout Guest player roster completed
- Guest Coach is the coach for the Shootout
- League Coach is the officially rostered coach who is loaning the player.
Both coaches must sign, then the Guest Player Roster must be validated by the players club registrar. The authorization may be a stamp, seal or signature, whatever makes that guest player’s card be valid. If the player is guesting for a team from a DIFFERENT STATE, then an interstate release form must be completed and validated by both states.
NO EXCEPTIONS!

• USCLUB TEAMS NEEDING GUEST PLAYERS SHOULD DOWNLOAD THE ‘LOAN PLAYER FORM’ ON THE US CLUB SOCCER WEBSITE.
