Tryouts in each age group are open to all players.  Evey player in a particular age group is trying out for the Elite Team. The selection order for tryouts shall be as follows:  Elite Team first, Premier Team second, and United Team third.  CASL Classic team selection procedure stipulates:  A player's refusal to accept an offer from a Classic team coach for a position on a respective Classic team roster will result in the player having the option to attend Challenge Tryouts and must complete a Challenge  Tryout Application Form to attend.  Notification to the selected player is by telephone; status of Classic teams will be posted on CASL's web site after the completion of all team selections.  Teams will be announced regardless of current team participaton in USYS Regionals.
