TOPSoccer 2017 Spring Season
Sundays | March 12-May 7| REGISTER HERE

TOPSoccer (The Outreach Program for Soccer) is a US Youth Soccer community-based soccer program that is designed to meet the needs of athletes ages eight and older with physical, developmental or intellectual disabilities. The program is geared toward player development rather than competition. Athletes are placed on teams according to ability NOT by age.

TOPSoccer athletes are up to age 18 with a disability including but not limited to: A.D.D., Autism, Hearing Impaired, Sight Impaired, Cerebral Palsy, Traumatic Brain Injury, Cystic Fibrosis, Down Syndrome, Multiple Sclerosis, Muscular Dystrophy, Seizure Disorder and Spinal Bifida.

Our TOPSoccer Spring season will kick-off Sunday, March 12 at WRAL Soccer Park. TOPSoccer athletes will meet every Sunday at WRAL Soccer Park for an hour to develop their soccer skills. Practices will consist of skill development, scrimmages and most of all FUN. Trained coaches and "buddies" will be at every session to make sure every athlete receives the attention they deserve. We require a parent, guardian or caretaker for each athlete to be present at every training in case of emergencies.

Get involved-TOPSoccer Coaches & Buddies
Each session we will have a group of trained coaches and buddies to lead the athletes during practices. Buddies are assigned to athletes who require one-on-one attention in order to succeed. Buddies will typically be CASL players, siblings or volunteers who will be trained prior to the sessions.

Meet TOPSoccer Coordinators Tonya and Olivia Delborne. Olivia (daughter) learned about TOPSoccer as a volunteer buddy with her Colorado soccer club before moving to Raleigh in 2013. Tonya (mother) has a masters degree in social service administration and is now a professional photographer. Together they bring their passion for working with TOPSoccer athletes to CASL.
