General Referee Information

Ralph Jordan is CASL's Referee Assignor.  Ralph uses the on-line referee scheduling application called the "ArbiterSports (www.arbitersports.com). " This web-based program is in use by many sports assignors in North Carolina and across the country. With this application, each referee receives his/her assignments and can accept or decline them via this program.

Ralph assigns for all CASL Divisions: Recreational, Challenge, YTS, and Classic as well as all CASL Tournaments.

Ralph's CASL email address:

New referees or referees new to CASL can email him their name, a unique email address, experience, and certification information in order to be added to the Referee Assignment Data Base in the Arbiter.  They will then receive a logon to the Arbiter where they can enter their personal data and get set up to receive game assignments.
