CHECK PAYMENTS: By providing your check as payment, if your payment is returned unpaid, you authorize us to use information from the check to make a one-time electronic transfer from your account for the face amount of the check and to collect a fee of $30 ($25 collection fee plus a bank fee of $5) through electronic fund transfer from your account.
