CAPP will offer an 8-week high intensity summer training series for rising U12 to U16 elite level boys and girls. For the full registration, participants will train three times a week for a maximum of 24 training sessions. The total cost for the full 24 session summer program at any age is $400 per player. Participants can opt to register for 12 or 16 sessions in their age group, if this fits better with their summer plans. Please select the partial registration options if you choose to go this route. Registration is limited to the first 24 players to sign up in each age group. All weekday training sessions will take place at WRAL Soccer Center, and futsal Saturday sessions will take place at North Raleigh Christian Academy's first class indoor gym facility. 

Dates: June 9 - August 2
Cost: $400/player for 24 sessions
         $300/player for 16 sessions
         $250/player  for 12 sessions

CAPP player development program offers a unique way of training young soccer players by combining professionally based soccer instruction with soccer specific athletic development. Dedicated to the serious soccer player, this 8 week summer program is focused on developing the player and the athlete. CAPP sessions will utilize specialized testing and training technology, while emphasizing the following: 

- Position specific movement training
- Individualized athletic assessment &  development
- Position specific skills development
- Decision making and perceptual skills training
- Futsal, small sided and full field game play and instruction

Depending on your rising Fall 2014 age group, players can sign up for the following sessions in either full, half, or 16 session packages:

U12 Boys: Monday and Wednesday (4:30 - 6:00pm); Saturday Futsal (12:00 - 1:30pm) 

U12 Girls: Monday and Wednesday (4:30 - 6:00pm); Saturday Futsal (12:00 - 1:30pm) 

U14 Boys (Group A): Monday and Wednesday (6:00 - 7:30pm); Saturday Futsal (1:30 - 3:00pm)

U14 Boys (Group B): Tuesday and Thursday (3:00 - 4:30pm); Saturday Futsal (3:00 - 4:30pm)

U14 Girls (Group A): Monday and Wednesday (7:30 - 9:00pm); Saturday Futsal (1:30 - 3:00pm)

U14 Girls (Group B): Tuesday and Thursday (4:30 - 6:00pm); Saturday Futsal (3:00 - 4:30pm)

U16 Girls: Tuesday and Thursday (6:00 - 7:30pm); Saturday Futsal (4:30 - 6:00pm)

U16 Boys: Tuesday and Thursday (7:30 - 9:00pm); Saturday Futsal (4:30 - 6:00pm)

High School Boys: Monday and Wednesday (3:00 - 4:30pm); Saturday Futsal (6:00 - 7:30pm)
